In consideration of being permitted to participate in the outdoor fitness class:
• I, for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and discharge the instructor, organizers, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of my participation.
• I understand this waiver applies to all claims for damages caused by negligence or otherwise, and includes both physical and emotional injuries.
